The first step in our furniture cleaning process is pre-inspection. For sofa cleaning, we inspect all the upholstered fabrics, in order to determine the areas of concern and the proper cleaning method. Afterwards, we do a pre-vacuum to remove the loose soil. This removes most of the soil in the furniture but is not enough to get rid of everything. We now proceed to preconditioning, wherein we apply a conditioner to suspend the remaining soil for cleaning.

After all our “pre” procedures, the next step in our couch cleaning process is agitating the fabric with a conditioner, using a brush or a towel. Once the soil is loosened, only then can we flush the fabric with our extraction tools. We also do steam cleaning to sanitize and deodorize the fabric. Afterwards, we rinse the fabric with regulated water pressure. We then perform spot cleaning, in case there are parts where the dirt remained.
